Where can I find the status of my order?
The moment you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. This order confirmation contains your order number and an overview of your ordered items.
Log in on the website with your LE CHIQUE WONEN account. When you placed an order
Go to 'my orders'
Look up the order for which you want to know the status.
The status of the order can be found behind the relevant order. Details of the order can be viewed by clicking on 'view order'.
Meaning of the status
Payment notification has been sent: your order has been received, your order is being prepared at our supplier. Ready for shipment: your order is ready for shipment and will be handed over to the carrier.

How do I cancel my order?
You cannot cancel the online order once you have completed the order. Your order is then already in process.
